Competent telephone support
You have direct access to our technicians via the service telephone. Regardless of whether there is an electrical, mechanical or programming problem, we have the experts available in house to respond accordingly.
Fast delivery of spare parts
An extensive stock range and a reliable supplier network make it possible to ship spare parts immediately in many cases. On request, urgently needed parts can even be delivered by courier on the same day.
Option for remote maintenance
Our machines are usually equipped with a remote maintenance module. If required, we can access the system control directly. This simplifies troubleshooting and significantly reduces downtimes in the event of faults.
On-site repair and maintenance
If required or requested after a scheduled maintenance interval, our experienced service technicians will come to you to maintain or repair the machines.
Service contract
With a bmTEC service contract, you don’t have to worry about regular maintenance of your machines, because we take care of that for you. In addition, the service contract also offers you spare parts discounts and the option of free telephone support.
Retrofits and modifications
If your basic conditions change, we change your machines at the same time. Be it through modification, retrofitting or program expansion. Often this is a sustainable alternative to a new acquisition.

Those who already have a bmTEC machine in their house may know individual faces. Our service technicians come to your site to carry out commissioning, maintenance or repairs. If they are not on the road, their workplace is our assembly. Thus they know every detail of our machines.
