Preportioner into tubs

Our pre-portioner for tubs is operated manually and portions the dough from the hopper by star roller directly into the tub. The capacity of the hopper is large enough for the dough of a whole kettle. The kettle is therefore quickly ready for use
In this simple version, an operator is always necessary for portioning and exchanging the tubs.
In our fully automated version, the operator only has to provide the empty tubs stacked on a trolley and remove the full tubs, also stacked on a trolley. More details can be found under the corresponding products.
