You want to feed your Rheon the doughs directly from the kettle? In order for the Rheon to be able to completely absorb the contents of the kettle, we build our replacement hopper on top of it.
For stability and safety reasons, this is a larger hopper to which you can feed the entire batch of dough from the kettle and then process it without interruption. The kettle is immediately ready for the next use.
